Lithuanian avant-gardists BLACK SPIKES grant another vice full focus with the video for “MELAS”. In a striking black and white video, it explores the uncertainties of life and how our understanding of it can change, in Hamlet-like fashion, as the titular personified lies hold skull-like severed heads. The visuals and characters tie into the other videos for the singles off of the recently released Ydos (Napalm Records), a concept album that deals with another flaw of humanity in every song.
