Why haven't my movies shipped?

Thunderflix ships DVDs Monday through Friday only. On occasion,some selections are not available, but will be shipped very shortly.
How do I report an issue with a DVD (damaged, unplayable, not received, wrong title)?

Make sure you Email us immeditely in these cases.
How long does it take to ship another DVD once a DVD has been checked in?
Answer
Generally, all DVDs received each morning of each business day are processed that same afternoon. In most cases, your next DVD will ship either the same business day we received your returned DVD or by the end of the next business day. When a DVD is reported as having an issue, in most cases your next DVD will ship no later than the next business day after we receive the report. In each case you will receive an e-mail for each DVD being shipped. Again, we have multiple copies of the same DVD, but some DVD's are just more popular and a delay of a few days sometimes can be expected.
What if I want to purchase the DVD I Rented ?
You can purchase the DVD you want to keep. Pricing depends on the DVD Manufacturer, so email or call for pricing.
